Doev Ltd. ensures a full quality inspection at every step of the production process. From the incoming inspection of raw materials through the process of manufacturing and further in the process of storage and logistics. We control the quality of our products by using a precise measuring equipment:

• Hexagon Tigo SF 5.6.5 – 3 D measuring machine with PC-DMIS CAD + Curve Analyzer software. Which is being used for precise measurement of initial samples, statistical process control and precise measurement of parts used in the mould making.
• Calipers with a range from 0 to 1500мм and gauge value of 0,001 mm.
• Micrometers.
• Manometer for hardness
• Cylindrical and flat gauge blocks
